    Windows 10 installation problem

    Windows 10 Version 20H2 OS Build 19042.985
I dont know where to start, basically my laptop was working perfectly fine, its Lenovo ideapad L340, about a year old, never really had any problems with it untill few days ago. I was doing casual work on it and suddenly BSOD appeared, and i realized my windows keeps all data after a reboot even if I deleted everything. There is no system restore point or anything set on the laptop, it was odd and I didnt know what was it. I ignored it untill BSOD started to happening more often so I decided to try and find a way to fix it which I failed and couldnt do anything so I decided to create a windows 10 boot on my usb using windows media creation tool. I read that fresh install can get BSOD solved since it fresh installs the drivers and updates and it deletes all apps. I took my usb and do all bios thing to boot it from usb but when I got to the partition creatinon part, it had 4 partitions, I tried to delete all of them and to let windows partition the drive but it simply didnt allow me to delete an of them saying that windows cant be installed on Drive 0 Partition 1-4. I tried doing diskpart cmd thing, and i select and clean my drive 0 after it shows i partition part Drive 0 Unlocated space, I tried to continue but then it showed error message saying that windows cant be installed again. I did research and found about GPT and MBR drives which I have no idea about it. I am not an expert, all I know to do is delete partitions and fresh install. So now I really dont know what to do. To write all things in short lines :
    - got the BOSD
    -failed in fixing it
-when i delete files on my laptop after a restart they all come back(I dont have any restore point set,as far as I know)
-getting errors after i try to install app that "Thins app cant be installed on your PC"
-getting error message after I try to update windows
-not being able to delete partitions
-getting error that windows cant be installed on Drive 0 Partition 1-4
-cleaning drive through cmd but getting error again
I really ran out of ideas. Hope someone can help me. I can provide any photos.
I am sorry for my bad english.
    Thank you in advance.

Hi. In clean Install, If you have an UEFI system, Windows won't allow you to install on an MBR disk. Same thing happens in Legacy BIOS system.
    This do the trick.

    Open Command Prompt (Shift+F10).

Then, type the following one by one.
    diskpart
    sel dis 0
    conv gpt

    Or,
    diskpart
    select disk 0
    convert gpt

UEFI. But you need to convert your MBR disk to GPT.
    Command:
    diskpart
    sel dis 0
    conv gpt

I tried it and it says:
    Virtual Disk Service error:
The specified disk is not convertible. CDROMs and DVDs are examples of disks that are not convertible.

    Do this:

    diskpart
    sel dis 0
    clean

    Post here the results.

It is 250gb disk and it says it has 238.5 gb free space.
I downloaded the media creator tool from Microsoft page and installed windows to my usb.
Only thing that can be is that my hard disk is broken or something?
Can hardware part cause blue screen of death?
How do i know is my hard disk dying or is it corrupted?

Run chkdsk /f in the command prompt to find out.
