    Welcome to TenForums.
It's really worth making time to browse through the Tutorial index - there's a shortcut to it at the top of every page.
    - At the foot of the Tutorial index is a shortcut to download it as a spreadsheet.
    - I download a new copy each month so I can benefit from Excel's filtering capabilities when I search for topics of interest.
    - Tutorials are also listed by category at Tutorials - there's also a shortcut to that at the top of every page.
    - Both tutorial pages are searchable.
    - You can also search for TenForumsTutorials in many general search engines, such as Google, by adding site:tenforums.com/tutorials after your search term. For example, taskbar toolbars site:tenforums.com/tutorials

Please post a photo of the blue screen.

How did you make the InstallUSB?
Option 1 of this tutorial will make it for you - Download Windows 10 ISO File from MS - TenForumsTutorials

    Which model of Inspiron?
Is it a model that has been tested for your [not stated] Windows 10 Version? - see Dell computers tested for ... [latest version] and previous versions of Windows 10 [multi-region link]
What is your current Windows version? Type winver in any cmd or ps prompt/window or in the Run box.

Hi, this is the second report I've seen of such a problem with an Inspiron.

There's a video - scroll down to it- here that may help:

I suggest you ask further in the Dell community as these are settings particular to the BIOS/UEFI used on your Dell machine.

What is the actual problem with your Windows installation you're trying to solve?

Please post your changed Bios entries together with your Dell Inspiron model in Enable or Disable Secure Boot - TenForumsTutorials for the benefit of others.

The tutorial writer asked for examples to be posted and you'll see mine at post #5 there [Dell Inspiron 7779]
