Would you tidy up after 21H1 or do a clean install?

    Hello @maranna,

[1] I do NOT understand the question.
[2] When you say "Tidy Up", what do you mean?
[3] If you perform a Clean Install, you will be back where you started.
[4] Please can you provide us with more information to enable us to help you better.

21H1 is a minor upgrade - an enablement package. It introduces almost nothing new.
You can treat it just like any other update, really.

    What concerns you?

I received an update yesterday and again today which said Windows 21H1.
I did not know it was as you describe and thought it was another major update.
In the past I have done a clean install after the 6 month update but was curious about this one form what I have read.
With this information I will not do a clean install.
By tidy up I used to run a disc clean up , be sure trim in enabled etc., just small stuff like that.
Thanks a lot or saving me time. Now I can image so I can get up to date if I need to.

You can find information on each and every update in the News section, or by searching generally e.g.
    what's new in 21h1
What’s New in Windows 10’s May 2021 Update (21H1), Available Now
Windows 10 21H1 new features and changes • Pureinfotech

By way of contrast, I upgraded this PC from 1903 to 20H2 in one go, and a month later to 21H1. I've not done a clean install on it since I got it - with 1709 I think, and find no reason to do so now.

    - Performance- fine
    - Disk space - fine

And as you say, I started a new disk imaging sequence after upgrading. (Well, was it an upgrade? 1903 offered better functionality in a couple of respects...)
