    Avoiding Windows 10 S Edition


    If the Edition under System-->About says "Windows 10 Home," that means it's NOT the S edition of Windows 10, right? I'm trying to avoid that in a new laptop. Thanks.

    And you could can end S mode using this procedure -
    Switch out of S mode - TenForumsTutorials
    Note its warning about being a one-way procedure.
