Unfortunately, the USB was not recognized. I looked the problem on the internet, and I found that I had to disable secure boot AND enabling legacy mode.
To disable secure Boot, itīs *not* necessary to boot in Legacy mode. In fact, doing so may prevent the computer to boot.

HP notebooks usually don't show USB boot disks if they are USB 3.0. Solution is make a USB 2.0 boot drive or put a 3.0 to 2.0 adapter between USB port and your boot drive or last option if you don't have a USB 2.0 or a 3.0 to 2.0 adapter is half-insert your USB drive in order to make it work as USB 2.0. "Half-insert" means USB needs to be inserted in way only 4 stantard pins will make contact inside USB 3.0 port. Now you will be able to choose USB boot as it will appear when you press F9 for boot menu. After Windows 10 setup show "install now", you can remove the 3.0 to 2.0 adapter or disconnect half-inserted USB disk then reconnect again and follow Windows setup normally by copying files using USB 3.0 speed.
