    Been recommending plop for years.

Another way is to split install.wim and use 2 dvds

Boot dvd1. Go to command prompt.

Create a folder on the hard disk. If the disk partition shows as e: from winpe and the dvdrive shows as d:

    at cmd prompt:

    MD e:\somefolder
    copy d:\sources\install.swm e:\somefolder\

eject dvd1 and put in dvd2

    at cmd prompt:

    copy d:\sources\install2.swm e:\somefolder\
    X:\Setup.exe /InstallFrom:"e:\somefolder\install.swm"

@ Hairy Scot Hello, well I can indicate a much better solution and that I have used a long time but requires some technical knowledge so that the result is satisfactory of course then we go there: 1) Download this program here MSMG Toolkit / It is free and contains detailed explanations on how to use it so when you performed the steps up to option 6 (Clean Save Image \ Apply and Save) You should pay attention to the Convert Install.wim to install.esd option after you have done this Operation pass to the last that is: make an ISO image that will use to put in the pendrive using the rufus I'm sure you will be amazed how iso was much smaller I am sure of this joined I already did tests with the latest version of Windows and used a 8GB Pendrive.

My thanks to all who responded.
PLOP seems like the way to go for me.
