I did a clean install of Win 10 on my Inspiron 15 5577 model and Windows Installed all needed drivers. Even the Dell model specific Realtek sound driver and MaxxAudio.
I used the Media Creation tool to create the bootable Win 10 install flash drive.
How did you do the clean install?

I used a different PC to create mine too.
Are you checking the driver list using your Service Tag? That will give you all applicable drivers based on the configuration as shipped.
I know you did a clean install but if it comes to it, install Dell Support Assist and it should find all needed drivers (you can always uninstall it after updating).

Here is the link to Support Assist. CLICK

OK. It may depend on the model. It won't install or run on some older models.
I do user support on the Dell forums. Anything else?

One other thought, if this is an Intel based model, reinstalling chipset drivers sometimes helps.
