    any prompts during repair-install?


    Or after clicking the Install Now button can I leave it run by itself and come back later after it's finished?

    Is there a decent progress indicator?

    Thanks, I have been through that tutorial. No prompts are shown there, so I will take it that there will be none. Hopefully so, if no problems arise.

    I think the last one is Next - Step 13..

    As ever, before any major change, make sure your have a current disk image- just in case.

    The Repair install procedure does not have an Install now button at any stage at all.

    It sounds to me that you have booted from the InstallUSB so that means you are running a Clean install. All your OS disk contents will be overwritten.
