Close all Files and Documents.
Start the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool as administrator and wait until the tool shows again: The Tool is ready to use.
Then click on fix.

The forum does not let me post all the images.
But they are good.
Great.
The HD Audio Bus Service was deactivated, luckily I saw it relatively quickly in the system hive.
Yesterday, however, the update problem was more important to me.
Am I now at the point where I can back this drive up and go forward, or are there more things to fix for windows update ?
What do you get displayed in Windows Update?
Still the same from yesterday?

Delete the Realtek Folder and the Nvidia Folder and all other files and log files that you have uploaded to Mega.
Then rename the Farbar Tool from Frst64.exe to uninstall.exe and start it as Administrator.
It will then uninstall itself and ask you to restart.
