When I select Windows Installer module in services it is stopped and in manual. When I select start and automatic apply and save,it will revert back to stopped and manual.
My "turn windows features on and off is blank.
Windows update is not working properly. See attached screens.
I just would like to fix these two problems with a repair install but that always fails. Other then that my OS works fine.

Please do the following:
Press the Windows Button and then type cmd and select the option "Run as administrator".
In the command prompt run this command:
dir /s /a %systemroot%\servicing\version >"%userprofile%\desktop\servicing.txt"
When done, download this Script and make a right click on it and select "Run as Administrator".
You will then receive this message:
Press on any key to close the Window and then upload the "SoftwareCBS.zip" Package and the "servicing.txt" file here in your thread again.

Also please perform the following steps:
Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste:
Code:findstr /c:"CONX" C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\Setupactdetails.txt"
Find the new text file on the desktop > post a share link using one drive, drop box, or google drive
Run:
Upgrade_failure_info.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

Then mark the checkbox "Get transfer link" and when done on the three dots again:
And then on the plus sign:
If you then want to upload a file, click on the plus sign again. When done, click on "Get link".
And finally on "Copy link". It is then on the clipboard and can be pasted here.
