Attempting to install Windows 10 on Eee PC 701/4G

I'm attempting to install Windows 10 build 1809 from a cut-down Windows 10 ISO called Tiny 10. The ISO, when written to an SD card, starts to boot, but after 20 minutes of showing the Windows logo, crashes with an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSoD. I have seen multiple websites where people have claimed to get 10 running on the Eee PC 701/4G, but those could be older versions, or modified in other ways. Does anyone know a good way to get 10 on this thing?

Just to see if it can be done, honestly (and I've upgraded the RAM to 1GB)

Can you add any storage? 64GB would be useful and would allow you to install an unadulterated Version of Windows 10 x86.

I only have one Windows 10 tablet and no other small Windows computers. When I was deciding which to get I deliberately ignored those with only 32GB storage because I'd seen so many others report problems using Windows 10 on them.

It does have an SD card slot that can be booted from, but the only SD card I have that isn't already in use is the one I'll be using to install from.

You may need some external temporary storage to be able to install w10. If you suceed, you need to heavily use w10 compress utility to reclaim some space.
