    Default save locations

    Hi all
At the moment when doing a windows install I use the inbuilt save locations within w10 to point all locations to a 2nd partition. I then manually find the desktop and download folders within the user profile and manually move them to the 2nd partition.

Is there a more streamlined or efficient way to do this?

    TIA Bart

don't manually move any system or User's locations. Or do you mean manually is via Properties, and location tab?

Yes that's how I do it
Also within settings you have the Default Save Locations option

It's quite a Manual process for all user folders hence wanted to see if there was another way to do it

I set my Browsers' Settings/Preferences/Options to save in a Downloads folder on my second partition when not given a choice but usually Save as works to choose where to save.

Actually, there is. But it will probably turn out that you'll have more work with it...
Don't forget to make a complete system image with your favorite backup tool...
