Where are DM and PS script results?
    1. What is DM? You mean DISM.EXE?

    2. I just told you PS script does not give any results. It says it has dropped a zip file on the desktop, but that doesn't happen... there is no file there. I have used "Everything" to search for it, but its not anywhere.

The script did flash up "cannot find the file specified" shortly before it stopped.

    List any of these software:
antivirus: whatever came with Win 10

firewall: whatever came with Win 10

    drive encryption: none (AFAIK)

    - - - Updated - - -

    1st command: Dropbox - driver.txt

    2nd command: Dropbox - Setupactdetails.txt

    3rd command:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32>WMIC /Node:localhost /Namespace:\\root\SecurityCenter2 Path AntiVirusProduct Get displayName
    displayName
    Windows Defender

    SetupDiag results: Dropbox - Logs.zip

FRST: Your link downloaded a 64bit version that would not run, but I found a 32 bit version and ran that

"List BCD" and "Addition.txt" are checked, but there is no checkbox for "Driver MD5"

    Here are the results

    Dropbox - FRST.txt

    Dropbox - Addition.txt

    Turn off WDV.

Restart WDV with only: Randomized low resources simulation

    See post #94 after edit.
