How am I supposed to reinstall RTKVHDA.sys when the website is not available

1. delete iocbios2.sys

2. uninstall and reinstall RTKVHDA.sys

3. Run WDV.

I was unable to get past step 2 because the link you gave me didn't work, and I have been looking for an alternative source.
