Just a couple of clarifications
1. How do I uninstall AsUpIO.sys? Just delete it?
2. There is no file by that name. There is AsUpIO32.sys and AsUpIO64.sys but they are located in the ME update tool folder you had me download last month
3. Does "all customized settings" mean all the settings you have had me check in WDV, running together, except the one you mention in this post?
See if you can identify the Asus software in the control panel or the driver in device manager.

AsUpIO.sys Windows process - What is it?
#3 yes approximately 21 simultaneous customized tests.
Do not select: Randomized low resources simulation
OK, I have searched the C drive for this file (with hidden files showing). Returns no results
I have navigated to C:\System32\drivers and physically looked through the director for it. Its not there
There is no Asus Software in the Programs & Features list
There us no ASUS service in the services list
Maybe that is the problem? The file is missing
NOTE: I notice it IS listed in the drivers in the Driver Verifier Manager drivers list - where is that program getting the filename from if th file doesn't exist on the computer. The registry?
Download and install: Everything - voidtools
Search for: AsUpIO
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\AsUpIO.sys
The alternative is to reinstall the software from Asus and then delete it.
You've got Aoemi images and a 4/16 restore point.
You can make a new restore point, delete it, and restart WDV.
OK. Done all that.
All WDV settings checked except "Randomized low resources simulation"
BSOD on reboot
Stop Code: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION
What Failed: iocbios2.sys
System would not repair restart this time. I have had to use System Restore
(I see its very late for you, so I will go home now and come back tomorrow)
Please post V2.
