They are there, in the folders, files called....

    HDTune_Error_Scan_.png

    ...for each drive

You asked for screenshots of those three things (Benchmark, Heath, Error Scan) that's what the HD Tune dialog showed.

The HD Tune software has the full error scan.

    Click the start button.
It will display green for good and red for bad blocks.
These can take substantial time so run overnight.

OK, figured out what I did wrong.

Its done now for Drive C so it will be in the link

I will copy the drive T and D error scans when they are done.

    ETA:
T drive is now done and in the link.
D Drive will take longer as its a 1TB drive

ETA2: D drive is now done and in the link

Please reboot into safe mode as a trial and error step to run each:
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10

Upgrade_failure_info.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    V2:
    https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/2198-bsod-posting-instructions.html#V2
Upgrade_failure_info.bat still will not run in safe mode. The command windows just moves up and down the desktop but does nothing
ETA: FYI, this is what it looks like if I try to run upgrade_failure_info.bat in safe mode

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/64dqvx1d38...41054.mp4?dl=1

Doesn't matter whether I run in F4 (with a desktop) or F6 (with command prompt). The result is the same

V2 ran successfully in safe mode, here is the resulting file

    Quick Question about this
    11) Place the computer in clean boot:

    https://social.technet.microsoft.com...indows-10.aspx
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

    12) Detach all SATA devices other than the disk drive that has the Windows operating system
(Make sure that the only disk drive that is attached to the computer at the time of the upgrade attempt is the disk drive containing Windows)
(Other disk drives may be able to be detached by disconnecting cables or if necessary to remove the drive from the computer)
This is the order I should do it in? Clean boot to windows THEN disconnect the DVD and D drive and T drive. It is safe to do that with windows running?

During an upgrade it's best to have only one drive attached.
Other drives can be removed or the cables can be detahed.

Once the computer is placed in clean boot it remains there.
During an upgrade it may return to normal boot.

Please post a new link into newest post once the full error scans are completed.

If the upgrade fails then collect these log files:

LOGS.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    V2 / DM

    C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log
    Setupmem.dmp

Do not attempt to upgrade and do not place the computer in clean boot at this time.

The next step is WDV once you understand how to run commands in safe mode to turn off the tool and return to the desktop.

I am a bit confused here. I thought I had already run all the batch files you asked me to. Looking back, I cannot see any I have missed?

This is also confusing - you are telling me what to do if the upgrade fails, but you don't want me to attempt an upgrade (?)

Which link displays the results of all of the drives full error scans?
please post a link into the next post.
The next steps are WDV and BIOS upgrade followed by windows upgrade.
Always place links with the skipped or newest data into the newest post rather than updating an old post.
Detaching drives is not performed until the upgrade attempt.

Tomorrow please post new V2 and LOGS.

So new V2 and LOGS after the update attempt?

If so, this probably wont be tomorrow as this a work computer and is used until late.

When you understand the methods to recover from WDV crashes (see post #14) you can start the tool.
    a) make a new restore point
    b) upload a new V2 / DM after any BSOD
    c) run LOGS > post a share link

There should be no upgrade attempts until progress is made with WDV and BIOS.
