Just an FYI, one of the options you could consider doing is refreshing Windows.
Refresh Windows 10
If you try Macrium fix boot again, is there a change now since bootrec is able to detect Windows?
I can't Refresh Windows as I'm booting off a WinPE-USB, can't boot off the system disk.
I'll run Macrium fix boot now to see how far I get!

Do you need to see anything... log files or something... I'm going for brunch and strong coffee... I need it!
Something I'd like to see is the log from Startup repair after running Startup repair, it may provide more insight.
Wow that brunch did the job!OK so what do I do... my knowledge and vocabulary on Windows stops here!!
Ahhhhhhhhh - that's the SRT file... OK... I'll do it now...
I agree with Phil currently, it might be better for you to post in the Installation forum. In the installation forum they usually can fix these kind of problems.
While I can also, eventually, get this problem solved, usually by the time I made some progress the user I tried to help already decided to clean install. Reason being is that this sort of problems take time to narrow down the exact problem to get a solution for with not as much to work with compared to other crashes. It probably saves you a lot of time by posting in the installation forum.
Well I'm not doing a clean installation, that's a problem! Can you send my posts over there or do it...
I have no mod power, you can create a new thread in the installation forum and link to this thread.
