Okay, so tell me more details. What exactly was this partition and why did you delete it?
It was my main partition where windows was installed. I copied that parition into a partition in my ssd, so i could launch windows via my ssd and use certain applications on my ssd. After copying it i decided to delete its contents, which in retrospect wasnt a good decision.

If you don't already have a way to make full backups, please install MR, make a MR Bootable Rescue USB, and make a full backup image of your boot drive:

I think you want to do this after making a backup - create an EFI partition on your disk with C: drive :
    Moving / recreating EFI partition
followed and confirm by OP of that thread

After making the backup, before making any changes, please run "bcdedit" from a command prompt and post the text output here within php tags. Thanks.

    PHP Code:
    C:\windows\system32>bcdedit
The boot configuration data store could not be opened
    .
The requested system device cannot be found
