clean install 2004 iso and update 20h2 current

I have 2004 iso. I want to clean install it and update it to 20H2 current edition. As I am in metered connection, I would like to know what will be the size of download for installation and update.

You could just use the Media Creation tool and download the 20H2 iso, and thereby avoid having to download all the updates.

I believe the 20H2 iso is approx. 5.8GB ...everything up to December 2020.

Why do you want to do clean install vs upgrade to 20H2 from 2004?

Depending on which 2004 version you have, the enablement KB to go to 20H2 is very small.

Thanks for the response, Ghot and Steve108. I have windows 10 with latest update .804. I also have windows 10 ISO 2004. I thought because of Steve108 post of upgrade from 2004 to 20H2 is only 84 MB, it will be better to use 2004 iso and upgrade to 20H2 and then update to current with metered connection. Hence my post.

You didn't answer my question ....... why clean install instead of just install enablement to go from 2004 to 20H2?

If you must clean install for unknown reason yet to be provided, then I would follow post #2 from @Ghot.
