Windows Repair/Inplace upgrade fails at 75%

I've been trying to get windows update working but, haven't been able to get it working again. So I tried a In place upgrade to get it work as everything else (Even a system restore point) failed. But the upgrade always fails at 75% at the ten hour mark.

My current build: 21286.1000 (Dev Insider)

Does anyone think they could help? Even though I'm running an insider build. DetupDiag.exe logs attached.

Just a few suggestions. I would power down and disconnect the power and internet. I would then remove any hardware plugged into the usb ports (wireless dongle for your keyboard). Some hardware may be preventing it from updating. Plug the power back in and let it boot to windows. See it it will want to continue with the update. I will then reconnect the internet/wi-fi.
Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
I read dev insiders run into quite a few bugs before the next build is released.

That was the first thing I tried. But I haven’t thought about the WiFi. I’ll turn it off and try again.

I got up this morning and checked up on it but sadly it didn't help.
