Problem Installing Windows 10 on new PC

First time posting, so sorry for any mistakes.
I finished my first PC build and made it to BIOS without any issues. I downloaded the Windows media creation tool on another laptop and made a media installer for a USB. I followed the steps laid out by my motherboard manufacturer(MSI), but once I selected the USB to boot from, it brought me to a black screen with an off centered windows logo and some cut off text in the bottom right corner. I think that my resolution might be to blame, but I have no idea how to change that on the monitor's end or the PC's end. I've tried changing from Display Port to HDMI, I've used a TV per someone's recommendation, but nothing has worked. I'm using an MSI B550 Pro VDH motherboard and an Asus VG259QM monitor if either are relevant.

What happens if you just let the install proceed?

There is no install. I am stuck where it asks to select English and continue, but those options don't appear, so I can't continue.

At that screen press Ctrl + Shift + F3. You might need to press Ctrl + Shift + Fn + F3 depending on your keyboard. That will reboot the computer to audit mode.

I tried just tried that command, but nothing happened. I noticed that if I hit num lock or caps lock, the indicator light doesn't change once the windows logo appears, so I wonder if there is a freeze happening when it tried ti boot. I repeated it again before the logo appeared, and still nothing happened.

Actually, I misunderstood, sounds like you are not getting past the USB flash drive portions of the install. Do you have a video card installed?

Also, make sure your keyboard and mouse are plugged into the black USB ports on the back of the computer.

I just moved them there and it made no difference.
Thank you for your help so far.

Do you have a video card installed? What processor are you using?
