Question whether installing w10 x86 or x64 - addressable memory

    I have a w7 pc (x86) with 3GB RAM + 2GB dedicated VRAM.

So it's 5GB addressable RAM in total, right?

Do I need x64? System is x64 capable.

A x64 system is not needed.
The 2GB VRAM is not in the address space of the CPU which does not have direct access to it. The CPU communicates with the graphics system through the IO space that does appear in the CPU address space.

Another related question: What happens when you have got a 4GB+ VRAM graphics card and an x86 system? Can all VRAM be fully used?

As I mentioned before, dedicated VRAM does not appear in the address space of the CPU and is not directly accessible by it. The size of VRAM is thus irrelevant to the situation. It is very possible for a x86 system to have 8GB or more VRAM and it can be fully used.
