Windows 10 Version 20H2 Upgrade Problem [Resolved]

I decided to install the 20H2 upgrade on my 2 PCs this morning. Both were running version 2004. All went fine on my laptop, but I'm left with a problem on my desktop PC.

The upgrade appeared to complete normally as shown in the specs (see screenshot) however I was left with another problem. When I go to Start --> Power, I see two additional options - "Update and shut down" and "Update and restart." I have tried both but neither correct the problem. Also, if I try to check for Windows Updates, the window just sits in an endless loop and never completes. Other than this problem, the PC seems to functions normally.

Any idea how to fix this?

Disk cleanup worked. Those other options are gone from the Start --> Power menu and now I can successfully check for Windows Updates again. Thanks

I lost all thumbnails for audio & video files, it broke double click, copy & paste (works sometimes, usually on the second try)
The usual fix: Go to View - Properties "always show icons never thumbnails was already unchecked.
Then I discovered that Win Update had removed some of the standard Win 10 codecs, so I downloaded a free basic codec pack which fixed the thumbnail problem instantly. Then I discovered that Win Update had deleted the Layout.ini file in the Prefetch folder.
    I used Command prompt :-
    Rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
to rebuild the layout.ini file, and it even works if it has been completely deleted from the prefetch folder.
Now, all folder opening speed and other things have picked up big time..
