Hi, my system remains at 19042.610 after installing cab files. Why?

Build 610 was the Preview (test purposes) update for November's Patch Tuesday.

KB4586781 and KB4586864 to upgrade to 19042.630.
I chose to upgrade my system manually due to WU not finding new version .630.
No, WU not failing.

Isnt .630 officially released to the public?

There are no release notes for Build 630.

It may show up in 2 days...which is Patch Tuesday.

Yea, I watched it already. But, it somehow remains at .610 after installing new one. Why does that happen?

KB4586864 is the Servicing Stack Update, so it would need to be installed before the Cumulative Update KB4586781
