    windows 10 pro x64 v2004 installation

I installed windows 10 pro v 2004 x64 as clean install from booting from USB win10 iso to install in second SSD drive (first drive has same win10 version installed which I want to remove)
The installation completed successfully on rebooting I found the option of dual windows rebooting, why this happens?
I used ms config to make the rebooting to the windows 10 on the SSD only so I can remove the old HD, but on removing the old HD windows did not start from the SSD with error message no boot media, this can be corrected when I return the old HD to the PC, is that means windows has installed partly on the old drive (booting files) and how can I fix this issue to boot from the SSD only?

Disconnect any additional drives before clean installing on the SSD.

You could try Macrium Reflect Free. Create a rescue media on USB, boot it and choose 'fix boot problems'. That might fix it.

Hi, I am not very familiar with Macrium, Will rebuilding the MBR can help to fix this issue? this can be done by Minitool Partition Wizard software?
    thanks

    1) Open disk management > by default some columns are compressed > widen each Status and Volume > make sure the contents within the parenthesis are in full view and that none of the characters are cutoff > view disk 0 > widen this row as needed so that all of the characters are in full view > post an image into the thread

I think so, you get the option to select which primary partition should be active, and options to replace a missing or corrupt MBR.

    When available post diskparinfo results.

    Disk 2 is still MBR.

    Make a free backup image:

Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

Consider using Mini Tool to convert MBR to GPT.

The DiskParinfo.bat could not downloads detected as harmful to windows and deleted automatically.
The only two differences between the old disk and the SSD is the presence of partition called system reserved in the old disk but is missing in the SSD, is it possibly the cause? it is set as active.
