    Start here:

    What step fails and what is the error?

    Na etapa de configuração Inicial, onde pergunta a localização e etc. Ele vai até onde pede a conta da Microsoft daí ele começa a dar esse erro "OOBESETTINGSMULTIPAGE".

    Translation please- the working language of the forum is English.

    Any error message needs to be something recognisable that can be found, rather than a loose translation.

    Please confirm
    a. you are clean installing Win 10
    b. how you created your installation medium (MS media creation tool?)
    c. that you are clean installing to unallocated space on your disk and that that space is large enough - and not to an existing partition.
    d. that if the disk had Windows on it that you deleted all partitions of that Windows installation as per around step 13 or 14 of the tutorial NavyLCDR cited.

    You have given no specs of your PC. Desktop? laptop? tablet? Model? Age?
    Click My computers below my post for comparison.

    There are tutorials to help you complete your specs if needed.

    The more information you give, the better and quicker the answer you get.

    @Luismaycom,

    Restart the computer without the USB flash drive plugged in. When you get to the first Windows screen after booting, try pressing Shift + F10. If it is a laptop, you might have to press Shift + Fn + F10. That should open a command prompt window. At the command prompt enter:

    Code:
    %windir%\System32\Sysprep\sysprep.exe /oobe /reboot
