Hi, it's not clear where you've got to.

i tried to install home with legacy or uefi and nothing
    - what does 'nothing' mean.. do you mean the installation didn't start? Or what? Clarity is all. Thanks.

If you couldn't install Home, you can't upgrade to Pro- well, obviously.

Is your PC (model?) listed as compatible with Win 10?

    i have a legal windows 10 home
    - what- iso file? bootable disk? How did you obtain it?

Note all versions of Win 10 are freely downloadable. What is your version - full build number?

If in fact you have Home installed and attempted to upgrade to Pro, did you try to upgrade like this?
Upgrade Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro

And note there is a thread offering Pro licences validly for around £40 assuming still valid.

Repeat: - you're not really addressing the questions.

If in fact you have Home installed and attempted to upgrade to Pro, did you try to upgrade like this?
Upgrade Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro
    Repeat:
    - what- iso file? bootable disk? How did you obtain it?

The clearer you are, the quicker someone might be able to help you.

Oh, and thank you for your reply.
