    OK, do this...

    Boot into Windows.
Put the USB stick in the USB 3 slot.
Open Windows Explorer to the USB device and right click on 'Setup.exe'
    Open as Administrator.
    Install Windows from there.

    Click on My Computer.
It will show a list of your drives, C:, D:, E:, etc...
Click (double click?) on the USB drive with the Windows 10 installation files on it.
    You'll see one called Setup.exe.
Right click that and choose 'Run as Administrator.'

Well, the good news is that your computer is fine!

Either your USB stick is bad or the files on it are corrupted!

    Here's what I did:
Download the ISO for a CD installation.
This will give you an ISO file.
Unpack the ISO file onto a USB stick. (More help on that if needed.)

Yes, you'll have to download the ISO again.
    I'm guessing it's a bad 'un!

...just realized i dont have usb 3.0 driver on my pc...
Yes, I guessed that. That's why I said make sure the USB stick is in the USB 2 port! :)
