Looks like a bug that slipped through, maybe a "botch Tuesday", despite no Windows update failure.

More likely, it's something going on with the RealTek audio. Despite it's working fine!

This was a clean install that occurred on February 4, 2021, after replacing 1903 on the same USB stick with 20H2, which of course was wiped and repartitioned. The new Samsung 970 Pro 512 GB NVMe SSD, never had anything else on it.
I had no issues when clean installing 20H2 a few months ago.
the Realtek(R) UAD audio driver on my Gigabyte board is recently using v6.0.9126.1 as Gigabyte posted updated Realtek audio drivers on their web site last week. Latest Realtek audio driver for most modern MSI motherboards (I think you're using some kind of MSI board as noted in one of your system specs, RJARRRPCGP) is v6.0.9102.1 which was released early February so maybe wait for a new Realtek driver update from them. the 9126 Realtek Gigabyte audio driver worked fine and the audiodg.exe file is not crashing on that machine.

Yes, system one is the system where this janky-ness is occurring.

Well, no more audiodg.exe appcrash report anymore, since the May 25, 2021 clean install of 21H1.

It does look like a bug with an earlier version that I had, IIRC.

    Hi!
Good for you! I've had the AUDIODG.EXE crash for many years (!) now. It seems that Microsoft hasn't a clue how to fix this annoyance despite their claim of OS diagnostics.

I have this crash almost every time I start my computer and the Windows sound getting clobbered by this crash.
I've accepted that this bug will never be fixed. Sad but true.

And no, no malware or other diagnostic software shows I have bad code or other problems in my system.

My lates updates are as of June 8, 2021. My version is 21H1, OS build 19043.1052

Version 20H2 has been working perfectly on my very low-end motherboard since I clean installed Windows 10 last year.
