WIN10 Source Online

I've got my new desktop about done. Just need to plug in one Sata cord and done.
I have a couple of empty USB sticks to download WIN10 onto. Research says to use Microsoft website for a creator? or something?
Do I get that and buy a code key off a website online? I see prices that vary almost $200.00.
What's up with that?

I saw a package with WIN10 and Home and Business OFFICE 2019 for what appears to be a good price.
Do I download this package onto one stick if I buy it? Would that screw up something on the install?

There are different ones like Pro, Enterprise, etc.....aarrrghhhh!!!!!!
Installing on my new build is scary enough, but getting the correct stuff from the correct place has me nervous.

Any recommendations?

I should be able to get the programs I need thru our office supply at work, since I use my home computer for work as well because of Covid. First positive thing that's came from it. That's bad, I know.....
