Windows Booting very slow after 2004 update

Today I upgraded to the newest 2004 build after my pc said there was an update to be installed. I didn't check but I should have probably to see what this update is. I just clicked restart and update...

    However got two issues now:

BSOD (page_fault_in_nonpaged_area ntoskrnl.exe) which I'll post a specific topic for
    and

slow boot time , for my windows to be fully loaded took 6.45 seconds. I use an HDD not an SSD.

But my boot time was fine on windows build 1907 now its too slow... I've tried disabling some startup items but this probably won't help me.

Any tips to get it down to what it used to be? I don't know the exact number but it was maybe 1 to 2 minutes tops.

6.45s for a HDD would be some kind of record...

You have several issues. You have maxium 10 days to 'Go back to the previous build' by default. You can extend that to 60 (tutorial available). You might wish to consder that, as resolving these may or may not be possible and will take a lot of effort and time, especially knowing nothing about your PC.

The forum prompted you for your exact full build number, but again, not given. The forum asks you for this so we don't have to keep typing the question.

    Win key + r, winver.

my boot time was fine on windows build 1907
    Should that be 1909?

2004 causes problems for some users. Assuming you have the latest update:
    KB4571756 Cumulative Update Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.508 - Sept. 8
    see e.g.
Windows Booting very slow after 2004 update-1.png

And if you look at the description of its predecessor:
    KB4571744 Cumulative Update Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.488 - Sept. 3

you will see this addressed 2 or 3 stop errors.

Slow boot: could be a driver problem limiting your disk transfer rate. Examine task manager, performance tab

Some reports of slow booting exist:
Microsoft confirms Windows 10 slow boot issue due to KB4559309 - MSPoweruser

Analysing slow boot issues is technical and not for the faint hearted.

You have given no specs for your PC. Click 'My computers' under my post for comparison.
    Tutorial available.

    How old is your PC?
What is the latest edition of Windows for which drivers are officially available?
Is it approved for use with Win 10?
