Based on what you have shown above. The easiest way to re-install Windows is:

    1. Boot up the Windows 10 Installation disk with UEFI mode. On the first screen,
hold down the SHIFT key + F10. A command prompt windows will display.
    2. Type:
      diskpart
      select disk 0
      clean
      select disk 1
      clean all
      exit
      exit

NOTE: Those commands will wipe out disk 0 and disk 1 and they are both now unallocated
so you don't need to disconnect anything. Also note: Clean all on Disk 1 will write 0 on every byte of the disk, this will take some time to complete so that no info/data can be recovered.
    3. Back to the installation screen. Click on Next, select Custom then select disk 0 by hite lighting it.
Click Next and let Windows create neccessary partitions.
    4. Follow the steps on the screen to install Windows.

Once completed, boot into Windows. Open Disk Management (Win+X->Disk Management),
Right click on Disk 1, select Initalize then quick format disk 1.

Now you have Windows installed correctly on Disk 0 and an empty Disk 1.
Would this also work if i have 2 HDDs and 1 SSD (240GB SSD, 1TB HDD and 500GB HDD)? Recently i ****ed up my current setup whilst trying to clone my os to my newly bought SSD with some third party software, and now i have 2 windows 7 os's on my new SSD and old HDD.
Plus also some other bugged partitions on both of the HDDs n stuff. Basically i want to make a clean install and everything formatted, ive already backed up personal stuff.

My question to you is: Should I do the your method and same cmd commands when booting Windows 10 installation
*PLUS to also add an additonal command for a "select disk 2" and "clean all"? Because of the extra second HDD I have, which makes my total disks 3 (Disk 0, Disk 1, Disk 2) *not counting the usb. Thank you in advance.

If you are not going to sell or give away the computer, there is no need for clean all. Just use the clean command, and yes, just add "select disk 2" and "clean".

Clean by itself will erase everything on the disk. "Clean all" will erase everything on the disk and then write 0's to every sector on the disk to help ensure that previous data cannot be recovered through forensic examination.

BIG thanks for the fast response and super just what i wanted hear. Also does Win 10 automatically update/download all of the necessary drivers after the installation, or there will be some that ill need to manualy download update? Like for example nvidia drivers.

Cause im currently experiencing some blue screens every few hours, all due to me taking a stupid advice from someone and updating my nvidia drivers to latest current ver (im on WIN7Ult AMD Geforce gtx 660 ti), and then i read online that my old and default ver 347.88 was perfect for my system and best performance. Now after that driver update im on 4**.11 something version, i dont know which exactly as im not on my PC at the moment.
My question is : Should i do a clean nvidia uninstall and download desired specific nvidia driver which is best for me after I upgrade to a fresh Windows 10? Or will Windows 10 manage and update the nvidia drivers itself automatically after installation or first bootup? OR should i rollback to desired nvida version now from my current windows 7 and then do the fresh clean windows 10 installation? Asking so I dont bug something out when once i've upgraded to Windows 10.

Windows 10 will install most, if not all of the drivers for your computer. Before you do the clean install, you can back up your drivers to a USB flash drive so you will have them in case you need one:
Backup and Restore Device Drivers in Windows 10

I normally just create a folder called Drivers on the Windows 10 installation USB flash drive and put them there. Just realize that anytime you update the flash drive with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool it will erase the entire flash drive.

The common problem with drivers is if Windows does not have the driver for the network adapter you need to connect to the internet, then you would be stuck, so the network adapter driver is the big one, but Windows has most network adapter drivers available when it installs.
