@dalchina:I will rephrase the question: Is it worthwhile to have a version that, according to you, only a desperate one should install, that can fail the installation and that, in fact, can shatter my workspace, achieved with great effort around the 1909 version? What does the 2004 version bring again for us to have to install? And if we don't install it and wait for the next one, will they let us do it? Tell me something new that has the 2004 version worth installing, even with the risk that all your work will go to hell...

Enrique, just getting on this morning......

Windows 10 2004 offers no tangible benefits to the average user, or even the advanced user. There are some performance improvements, which are hard to notice. Some other general system changes you would never see.

After I updated to 2004, I could not see any obvious differences, except perhaps some cosmetic changes, and seldom used functions. For the Daily User, it is not worth the trouble, time, and potential pitfalls.

If 1909/1903 is working fine for you, stay there.

Enrique, thank you for your reply. Before that I pointed you to the News Section. I believe that would have answered your repeated question:

Tell me something new that has the 2004 version worth installing,
It seems you didn't go there. I have looked up this article for you. Read the features, and decide.

What is new in the Windows 10 May 2020 Update version 2004
