@dalchina:
Yes that's exactly what I need to do but you also have a valid point here. It would be great if I could download the1909 iso and not the 2004!
If you don't have win10 ver1909, you can download from MS using Heidoc tool.
If you want to make a USB boot able installation drive (Fat 32 drive) you need work on it.
As sources\install.wim is bigger than 4G you have to split it to smaller install.swm files
This includes the Heidoc method.
Rufus will handle an ISO greater than 4GB for creating a bootable thumb drive. Rufus - The Official Website (Download, New Releases)
Download Windows 10 ISO File
Yes. Unless it has been changed in the recent build, but I doubt it.
When setup.exe is run, it should offer a choice of upgrade or install (custom).
An alternative to using setup.exe is to use dism or another tool to apply the image from install.wim onto the target partition. Then add a boot menu entry with bcdboot.
@rezpower, pleasee see thistutorial: Clean Install Windows 10 without DVD or USB Flash Drive

Made some modifications on the procedure as I realized that on a Clean Install you delete all partitions so the installation files must be on a partition that you won't delete during installation. You can delete it afterwords.
Edit: Just seen Kari tutorial and my instructions are basically the same. Please follow his tutorial.
