Is it possible to repair Win 10 boot screen with dual OS options?

During a fresh Win 10 installation (using the Alienware recovery tool), I left the USB thumb drive with the installer plugged in, and during a reboot the setup started from scratch. When I noticed it, I interrupted the setup, unplugged the USB key, and continued with the first setup. I then finished the installation.

Now, every time I turn on the PC, I see a screen which asks me to pick one of the allegedly two OS installed on my hard drive, even though only one is actually installed. I can tweak the timer to 5 sec so it doesn't take too long to start. But I wonder if there's a way to fix this boot glitch and get rid of this annoying screen.

    Run msconfig as administrator.
On boot tab you should see the two options. Select and delete the one you want.
