Having an issue with fresh installing Win10 from USB (refuses to work)

On each system, do the following -

Open Start.

Search for System Information and click the top result to open the app.

Select the System Summary category from the left pane.

Look for BIOS Mode in the list.

If I'm not mistaken, you've done all this with just this one 16gb flash drive.

And just cause it worked on another machine is no guarantee, as I've recently had a USB that's apparently going bad, and while it worked on one platform it did not on another. And when I used it to boot a Macrium Rescue disk it sat at the Dell Logo without the spinning dots until I finally hard shutdown, which when I read your posts, sounded familiar.

At this point maybe worth testing on another entirely different USB if you haven't already.

So unfortunately I have since used another USB (32gb), I currently have access to the 16gb, and 2 32gb USBs. With the new one I've tried all my prior methods. Ubuntu, and the two iso files (the 64x and 86X) worked perfectly. It's just windows, it doesn't make sense. At this point I've made so many WIndows 10 USB boots from both Rufus and the Media Creation tool that there's no way I made a mistake every time. I'm just lost, helpless, and more than just a bit scared...

I thought it was working, got all the way to the first reboot, then I was met with this. Nothing has changed for the past couple hours.. I'm going to reboot and do an extensive hard drive check, maybe that will turn up something of use..

Testing is done, no issues at all. Or at least it passed the tests

You have a AMD Radeon™ 530 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated) Discrete. What does the Discrete mean. This is an onboard chip, right? If there a Users Guide online for you laptop? I can't find it.

Redo the install, but disconnect from the Internet before doing so. That way no drivers can be downloaded. See if that makes a difference.

Internet has been disconnect every time I ran the USB boot (all of them), I tried again anyhow didn't get the graphical glitch but it just went to the displaying HP logo and nothing else. I assume it is an onboard chip yeah, I'm actually not sure though neither with what the Discrete means, I've not been able to find a Users Guide either (if it helps it was bought in New Zealand). It's not actually my laptop, I'm just the one trying to install windows on it.
