    so i think i got this.
    1. follow the tutorial to create a GenuineTicket.xml file and copy it to the USB stick
    2. plug in the micro USB to USB A adaper with a USB hub connected that has a keyboard, mouse, and the install USB plugged into the hub.
    3. boot into the bios and then boot from the USB drive
    4. install win10 and go through setup
    5. copy the GenuineTicket.xml file to the GenuineTicket folder and restart
    6. install necessary HP drivers for the tablet
