W10 install halts on Copying Windows files

I am reinstalling Windows 10 using the creation tool. All goes well until I get to the "Copying Windows files" screen won't advance with green check-marks in Getting Files, Installing Features, etc. I even tried a different hard drive with the same results. I know in past installations it took some time to get through the green check marks, but I've waited over an hour for it to move on and it won't. Please help.

Have you tried rebuilding the Media Creation Tool? Sometimes things can go wrong with the download and creation. I stopped using it because I could never "get it right".

I use UUPDump.ml now. The tutorial is here:

Windows Insider - Get Latest Fast Ring ISO image

You can choose which version of Windows 10 you want to install, whether it be the latest feature update, or the latest Insider Preview version.

I'll try re creating the creation too. I'll let you know how it works out.
    Thank you,

I re-made the media creation tool with the same results. It hangs waiting for the Windows files to load.

There have been several threads like this recently.
It does take a long time, usually several hours, so be patient!
It appears to be stuck when in fact it probably isn't!
Maybe leave it to run overnight!

    I hope this helps!

Will do, I will let it run overnight if necessary.

The overnight try was not effective. For some reason the Windows files will not load on the computer. I am beginning to think the problem is hardware. Does anyone have an idea how to find out for sure?
    Thanks,

Have you tried a different USB flash drive? Also try plugging the USB flash drive into a black USB port directly off the motherboard (back of the computer).
