    Hi,
    You don't need a key
Just click on when prompted I don't have one.
You do if clean installing Win 10 without having upgraded first.

How am I supposed to know? Where is the key?
    Problem, problem...

How did you get Win 7? Did you buy the PC with it installed, or install it yourself?

If you don't have a record of it, and it's not on a sticker on your PC, or on a Win 7 install disk then Google can help:
Updating to Windows 10 from Windows 7 yielded Error 0x80071F-0x20006-1.png

Or use Showkeyplus by tenforums member Superfly (just search for it) - free.

The title of the thread: Updating to Windows 10 from Windows 7 yielded Error 0x80071F-0x20006

Were there some characters missing in the error code?

Please run setupdiag and post a share link with all of the files: (one drive, drop box, or google drive)
