    I'm asking for a thread to know how goes the new version 2004.

    Hello, everybody:
    If in this forum we have one thread of reference where we can consult how goes the implantation of Windows 10 v. 2004, all people can to know in real time what happens. I'm still blocked by Microsoft and I don't know when MS goes to unblocked my upgrade. What do you think about the idea?
    Thanks for your patience, in advance.

    Windows version: 1909 (...900) x64.

    I'm talking about the time for the 2004 version can to install without any kind of troubles. I don't want to be any man who loss the day with experiments about if its possible or not to install the new version. I only want to know how Microsoft goes in progress to solve all troubles of this bad version. There's a million of PC blocked by MS. Do you to explain what MS are working in the solution for all these machines? That's I want.

    No one knows that except people inside MS as far as I know, and any rumours reported in the general tech news.

    Best wait until the first major update for 2004 comes out- if you look at what the upgrade offers, you'll see nothing of great interest, so why be so keen? There are bugs and problems though, so defer feature updates for a while and relax.

    Do you mean when will it be a guaranteed trouble-free and painless installation process?

    You said "any".

    I would guess never.

    You take your chances, as always.

    OK -- here's some feedback: installed 2004 yesterday; computer went totally crazy. Examples: Right-clicking on the desktop gave me only new folder. Attempts to save an edited text file repeatedly denied me the rights to do so, even though checking security settings confirmed I had full rights to the folder in which the document resided. Numerous other problems! Wound up having to do a reset! Now, I'm pretty well back in business, but have a few new glitches: On the Task Bar, I created a Quick Launch toolbar with no problems, But on the main Task Bar, there are icons for Edge, File Explorer, Microsoft Store, and Mail and Calender I can't get unpinned. Right-clicking on them does nothing, and only File Explorer does anything -- clicking on any of the other three results only in a momentary window appearing and disappearing. Also, the Notifications icon in the far right shows I have four messages, but neither single or double left-clicking on it anything. Right-clicking brings up a menu which includes Open action center, but nothing happens when I click on that. So...overall, downloading/installing 2004 has not been an enjoyable experience!

    @dalchina and others:
    Muchas gracias a todos. From now on, relax. This is a problem impossible to solve, for the moment.
