    You get the Heidoc ISO Downloader here: Heidoc.net

    Upgrade from Win7 fails - error 'Replicate_OC' 0x8007001F-heidoc-iso-downloader-link.jpg

    1607 is July 2016 release. Using Heidoc ISO Downloader I was able to download the ISO in just a few minutes (484Mbps download speed).

    Win10_1607_English_x64.iso 4.07GB (4,380,387,328 bytes).
