Could you open Macrium Log and see what is says about error.

The contents of log will be on right side.

Macrium is likely failing on the same reason your System Imaging tool is failing. So in Macrium click on tab "Other Tasks" then "Fix VSS problems"

    Try Macrium Again.

    Hi all,
    no I haven't done a runner :)
The scans take a lot of time.

Zbook - struggling a bit with your requests so it will take time as I figure out how to enact them.
Ken, now have V7 of Macrium and waiting another couple of hours for current image attempt to complete.

    Hallellulla!
I have just completed a Macrium System's Image (see image attached).
Now I can select Marked as Solved with great thanks to you all.
Do hope where you are the lock-down has been ok and you will soon resume ordinary life again.

I'm not sure if you verified that Image.

Under "Other Tasks" is Edit Defaults. You can enable. I always verify backups, just to be sure.

You can also verify a backup you already have.

Click on the restore tab on left. You should see you image on right. Then click other actions and finally verify image

Now that you have Nacrium you have to create and test Rescue (boot) media. So create, connect backup device, boot. The system should boot to Macrium and you should be able to see your image.

    Glad the forum could help.

99.99999 of backups verify fine. I just like that warm feeling.

I would completely uninstall 4884 and install 4942.

Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free

I had an issue I couldn`t nail down and that fixed it.

Great job Caledon, tried to rep you but no go as of yet

Verified one of my Images, seems all is ok.

When you open Macrium it tells you right there at the top what version you are running, and I gave you the link to get the latest version
