    Hi Dan, i just came across your post i hope you get this, i am having exactly the same issue when i try to install windows on the lenove, the resolution seems to be incorrect.

    Did you solve this issue at all as i cannot seem to find a solution

    After you installed did you go to Lenovo site and get their video driver?


    Have you allowed Windows to update all the drivers, force by checking for updates. May also be drivers updates under optional.
