I can confirm I am having no issues!
It's not even offered on my other system, the second one, which is my MSI GF63 Thin 9SC-649US.
Clearly known issues alright. It's more likely to fail on my lappy, anyways, especially at this time, if Microsoft hypothetically, offered 2004 to the MSI GF63 Thin 9SC-649US.

Looks like it will be longer before I even try 2004 on any system.

I had to create an account just so I can save you all some time. I was experiencing the same issue on the 2004 update, but I found that going into sleep mode from the start menu that immediately waking your PC again resolves the issue. I waited days, but this solved it for me. Hope this helps!

I'm just updating my 6 year old Dell laptop. It's been on 92% for about an hour. I tried sleep / wake but that made no difference. I have a SSD so the update should be fast. What is taking all the time?

Recommend you have a sleep, then wake up and see what's happened...

Dell laptop now updated to v2004 and working OK so far. It did have a long snooze at 92%. This is my experimental PC for checking out new updates before unleashing Microsoft's dodgy software on the rest of my IT.
