Where to find English 64bit 1909 or 1903 ISOs or tool?

Is there still a way to get authentic 1903 or 1909 isos from MS servers somewhere? Anyone have a link?

Ok found it already I think via heidoc downloader. 2004 is not usable because MS removed CsEnabled from registry to use S3 Sleep, hope you can stay forever on 1909.

I've used the HEIDOC downloader a few times and much prefer it over some of the other methods.

It looks like 11 May, 2021 when support ends for 1909.

I really wish to know, who is the incompetent executive at MS, who gave the go for this catastrophic failure. Modern standby never worked, doesnt work and wont ever work. S3 is 100% reliable, and already included in the OS perfectly, yet they removed the setting to activate it on newer laptops with 2004. This makes Windows 10 not a reliable OS on any newer laptop.

I'm still using 1809 and quite happy with all its features.

From everything I've heard to date, I hope they improve 1909 before the end of 2020.

Please would you explain what the problem is. I have not seen anybody else refer to Version 2004 sleep issues.
    - I have one S0-capable computer and have not yet updated to Version 2004.
    - I have always updated all 3 of my computers at about the same time but if the problem is serious I might be better off letting the S0-capable computer lag behind the others.

    Just for info - my S0-capable computer is a Chuwi Hi10 Pro, a tablet-with-keyboard

@Try3 you wouldnt understand the issue if I try to explain. The issue is that modern standby randomly breaks and stops working on laptops, especially the Dell XPS 15 9570. For example newest issue here: Nvidia dGPU blocks modern standby on laptop

With 2004 you cant revert back to 100% working S3 sleep anymore. MS removed the CsEnabled option from registry, with no reason for this. And totally destroyed with it working sleep on most laptops. It will get a lot of shit storm in the next months after people realize this and upgraded to 2004.

That's a very cheeky reply. I'd be surprised if anyone bothers to help you further.

Yes, sadly the chance to get any help in this forum are close to zero, for any problems which are above average complexity. But you still can hope.

What is really interesting, though, is that in the exact same sub-forum that you posted your oh so original question, on the very same page as your post, the EXACT same question was asked TWICE before with the EXACT SAME answers given. So either you can't be bothered enough to read and/or search a few pages of the forum to find that your question and answer has already been posted, or maybe you could not comprehend the EXACT same question asked or the answer provided so you thought you might get a different answer if you posted the EXACT same question yet for a third time this week!

    Possible to get older versions?
    Windows 1909 ISO

Both of which are still on Page 1, the exact same page, of the subforum where you asked the same question for a third time! But you say we are the ones suffering from "average complexity" syndrome?
