19041.264: Should one download "Released preview" of "Insider slow"?

    19041.264: Should one download "Released preview" of "Insider slow"?


    Greetings.
    The UUPump site has offered two versions of the 19041.264 build for a fresh installation: "Released preview" and "Insider slow". Which of this is the same as the 2004 update that the general public is now receiving, and will allow non insider to receive future updates when released to the public? Or is it advisable to wait for the "Retail" versiom?

    Why not just use Microsoft's Media Creation Tool to get version 2004?
