Hi, there's no background to this.

What were you and your PC doing when this happened?
Was this an update to .NET framework?

This error is often linked to orphaned registry keys pointing to non-existent language packs.

Try running setupdiag .exe from MS

heres a link to download my diag logs My Files

For IIS AND Windows Process Activation Service, goto the Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off, and uncheck the Internet Information Services AND Windows Process Activation Service.

    I hope this helps!

Which update are you trying to apply?

How did you receive this update?
    a. Manual download
    b. Windows Update

Your log file suggests you were attempting to apply a feature update. Is that correct?

    Last Phase = Safe OS
Last Operation = Apply WIM file PathForNewOSFile (compact), index 6 to G:\$WINDOWS.~BT\NewOS
    Error = 0xC1900101-0x2000C
    LogEntry:

Refer to "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/Debug/system-error-codes" for error information.

    Setupact.log shows (amongst other things):
2020-05-13 11:45:15, Info SP BFSVC: SetNamedSecurityInfo failed! Error code = 0x2
2020-05-13 11:45:15, Info SP BFSVC: Unable to open file \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolume1\Boot\bootmgr for read because the file or path does not exist
