    (save the .exe file)
    (run the .exe file)
    Getting a few things ready ....
    (zzzzz)
    Accept the t&c
    Getting a few things ready ...
    (more zzzzzz)
    select Create installation media (USB etc etc) > Next
    select your language/edition/architecture (untick the box to select other options) > Next
    Choose USB Flash Drive (not ISO)
    select the target flash drive > Next
    Progress ....%
    then boot from that USB

    or

    If you already have the ISO, try using Rufus (freeware) to create the bootable USB

    Both these methods I have already tried, from what I've seen my RAM is probably the issue, I'm going to try and get a replacement and hopefully I'll be set after that
