The newest Windows 10 that's scheduled to be released very soon is Version 2004 Build 19041.207.

Where did you hear about Build 19044.281?

19044.281 is not any known build. The Insider Release Preview of the next version of Windows 10 (the May 2020 Update, version 2004) is currently on build 19041.208. It is likely to be released for the public in the next couple of weeks, at which time you will be able to get an ISO using the Media Creation Tool. The Media Creation Tool currently makes the ISO for the latest public release, version 1909, build 18363.

The Insider Fast Ring (the next version after that) is on build 19619.1000 at present.

What is it that you want to clean install? If it is the most current version of W10 then that is 1909 and you can make the ISO with the MCT. If you want to get a look at 2004 in advance of its launch, then you can join the Insiders on the Release Preview ring.

Since this build has not yet been released, it will definitely be hard to get in the wild.

I don't think this is a build that was ever released. It certainly doesn't exist in UUPDump. Even a Google search for build 19044 turns up a blank. Must be a typo...

I keep all of them on OneDrive, and 19041.xxx was the last before the split in December. So agree, a typo.

It may well be, but the Release Preview Ring will be getting a number of cumulative updates between now and the launch date, the first of which is .208.

At launch any new version has invariably been accompanied by a CU with any updates developed between fixing the build to be released and the launch day itself. Its more practical to fix the build a few weeks ahead of the launch, then provide the last minute tweaks with a CU.

Yes. If you are not an Insider you can get an ISO for 19041.208 from UUPDump. The one named 'Feature update to Windows 10, version 2004 (19041.208) (2)' is the build that was released to the Insiders Release Preview Ring. It's quite a complicated process though, as it downloads all the individual packages then processes them to build the ISO (takes a long time too). This is the 64-bit version (a 32-bit version is also available).

Select language for Feature update to Windows 10, version 2004 (19041.208) (2) amd64 - UUP dump

But as 2004 is likely to be released in a couple of weeks you could just wait until the public launch and download it direct from Microsoft using the Media Creation Tool. Very soon after it is launched a post will appear in Ten Forum's News forum.
