built new computer but windows wont install from usb pls help

So I built the computer and I just want to know what I should do, I have a Windows 10 disc but this PC I built does not have a disk drive unfortunately so I'm not sure what I should do I also put a few pictures below to see if maybe that could help. When I turn on my computer with the bootable USB inserted I click F11 and boot the USB from there and then it proceeds to stay on the blue window screen forever until I force shut off, I've been messing with it quite a bit hopefully I'm not frying my power supply.

What did you use to make the USB flash drive with? Also, in your boot menu photo, you want the top item for UEFI generic USB drive.

I used the media installation tool straight off the Microsoft website and should I rearrange the boot menu from the bio?

Did you try the first entry UEFI generic USB drive? Maybe something got corrupted on the USB drive. You could try making it again.

Just tried using an external optical drive with my windows 10 disk and I'm getting the same image, could it possibly be a hardware issue or what? because everything on the computer turns on properly so I'm not sure

If it is possible, connect a drive through a SATA connection.

Hi, you could try booting from a live boot disk and see if your hardware is working, assuming enough does to let you complete that boot.

    E.g.
    Toolkit Item: Kyhi’s Rescue Disk – Win10.Guru
    Bob.Omb's Modified Win10PEx64 - Best Rescue Disk 2018

Yes- if you can't install Windows, you need some way of checking the components in your system work.

A live boot disk simply needs to load from a USB disk into RAM, then executed.

If you look at the links you will see it boots into a Windows environment with a lot of tools all ready to be used.
